LeBron continues to impress with his basketball game, even at age 35. Now, he’ll also impress with his car-game.
First off – congratulations to all Lakers fans. Their team beat Miami Heat to win their 17th NBA championship earlier this week. LeBron James also got the MVP award. This is the fourth time that LeBron is the Finals MVP. He’s also arguably the best basketball player in the world.
Standing at approximately 6’9” height, it’s no wonder that the champ won’t feel comfortable in just any car. And based on Tony Bet’s latest Instagram post – @kingjames seems to have found the perfect vehicle for him.
He posted an image on his Instagram profile tagging the champ and congratulating him on becoming the proud owner of his new car.
His choice? – the Pinnacle of luxury SUV: The Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet, with only 99 units made.
The picture displays a white Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet with ceramically polished 22-inch 5-twin-spoke Light-alloy wheels. The mammoth SUV is the definition of luxury, but it can also tackle some serious off-roading.
The G650 comes with a V12 churning out 621 hp and 738 lb-ft of torque. Moreover, the beast comes equipped with portal axles providing 450mm of ground clearance, an automated fabric top, and an exclusive equipment specification in the rear compartment.
The rear passengers get reclining seats and a privacy glass partition, which they can turn opaque with the push of a button.
Furthermore, the active multi-contour seats provide the ultimate comfort and incorporate large individual infotainment displays and dedicated thermal cup-holders.
We still have no confirmation about the price of the SUV, though. However, to give you an idea, the stock model initially cost $527,400, and a similar build reached $1.4 million at an auction some time ago.
Let’s guess it’s somewhere in-between.
